Salute is an eight-time award-winning Italian restaurant in downtown Racine, serving our community since 1992. Founded by three sisters—Anna, Gemma, and Ida—we didn’t open a restaurant. We opened our home.


Everything we make comes from tradition. Recipes passed down, just like in our family. Pasta rolled by hand. Sauces that simmer all day. No shortcuts. No boxes. Just honest, homemade Italian food the way we learned it—from our kitchen to your table.


We cook the way our Nonna taught us: with patience, with care, and with love. And when you walk through our doors, you’re not just a guest—you’re part of the famiglia.
